Narrate PR was founded in 2019 by Hazel Dobbyn, an experienced Public Relations and Communications consultant with 20 years in the industry. Previously Head of Communications for Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM), Hazel developed and implemented the successful ‘Taste the Atlantic – a Seafood Journey’ initiative in partnership with Failte Ireland and oversaw BIM’s first ever award winning Safety at Sea advertising campaign ‘Live to Tell the Tale’. Hazel is an avid supporter of indigenous industry including our diverse marine sector. A full member of the Public Relations Institute of Ireland (PRII), her practical, professional and creative approach is the driving force behind the business.
